Welcome to the Belize Government Lotteries Limited (“BGLL”) Consumer App (the "App"). By accessing or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You may only register for the App or use the App if you satisfy the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old;
• You must be a resident of Belize;
• You must be physically located in Belize when using the App; and
• You must not be on any sanctions list.

2.2 By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you do not satisfy those conditions, BGLL will not be liable to pay a prize to you.

3. Account Registration

3.1 You must create an account to purchase electronic tickets for Boledo, Jackpot, and Lottery games. You will need to provide certain information (such as name, address, date of birth, email address, and payment details). BGLL reserves the right to verify your eligibility, age, and identity.

3.2 BGLL may request additional information after you have opened an account to ensure you remain eligible.

3.3 BGLL reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason.

3.4 If BGLL discovers that you were not or are no longer eligible, your account may be suspended or terminated.

4. Use of the App

4.1 The App allows you to purchase lottery tickets electronically and view results. You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You must only access your account when physically located in Belize. BGLL will not pay prizes for tickets purchased outside Belize.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.

4.4 Only the registered account holder may use the account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Unauthorized use may result in account termination.

4.5 Fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

5.2 Payments must be made through authorized payment methods available in the App.

5.3 BGLL may impose maximum limits on ticket purchases. Different limits may apply by payment type.

5.4 BGLL is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party providers, internet issues, or other disruptions.

6. Winning and Prize Claims

6.1 Winnings will be credited to your bank account or e-wallet as provided in the App.

6.2 Prizes under BZ$50,000 will be paid directly to your bank or e-wallet. Prizes over BZ$50,000 require a local bank deposit and may require in-person verification.

6.3 Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

6.4 Incorrect or invalid bank details may cause forfeiture if not corrected within 30 days.

6.5 Payment to the bank details you provide constitutes full settlement by BGLL.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BGLL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Your personal data will be collected, stored, shared, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to the Terms

9.1 BGLL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.

10. Termination

10.1 BGLL may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, for maintenance or updates, or at its sole discretion.

10.2 You may close your account at any time within the App.

11. General

11.1 The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may only play Boledo, Jackpot, and Lottery according to applicable laws.

11.2 You must not use the App unlawfully (e.g., transmitting offensive, harmful, or illegal content, spreading viruses, hacking, or damaging BGLL’s systems).

11.3 You agree to indemnify BGLL against losses or claims arising from your unlawful or negligent use of the App.

11.4 BGLL does not guarantee correct display of the App on all devices.

11.5 BGLL’s decisions regarding discretion under these Terms or lottery rules are final and binding.

11.6 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 BGLL’s obligation is limited to paying prizes or providing refunds where appropriate. BGLL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits.

12.2 BGLL is not liable for issues beyond its control (e.g., power outages, network failures, banking delays, misuse of accounts, or device malfunctions).

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize.
