1) How to Become a Sub-Agent?
The Belize Government Lotteries Ltd.(BGLL) is not directly responsible for recruiting
sub-agents. Please get in touch with the Sales Distributor in your zone for more
information on becoming a sub-agent.

3) For how long is my ticket valid?
Any winning ticket is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the ticket becomes nullified.
4) Can we undo or Void a ticket?
Once a ticket has been saved, there is no way of voiding a ticket.
5) Is a damaged winning ticked still valid to claim?
A winning ticket is only claimable if the QR code printed on the ticket is readable by the
POS machine. If the QR code is damaged and the machine cannot read the code, the ticket is
deemed lost.
6) Can I get another copy if I lost my ticket or if it is stolen?
The agent who sold you a ticket only has 15 minutes to reprint any issued ticket. Once 15
minutes have passed, there is no way to reprint a ticket.
7) Where are the profits going?
Profits from the sale of Belize Government lotteries will be used to fund the National
Health Insurance (NHI) and the Official Charities Fund.
8) Are Government Lotteries available everyday?
No lottery can be conducted on Good Friday or Christmas Day per the regulations. This
applies to both Government lotteries and private lottery games.
