Welcome to the Fi We Boledo Mobile App. Purchasing your favorite Boledo, Ordinary, and Jackpot Lottery just got a whole lot easier!

STEP I. Download the DigiWallet App

In order to make purchases on the app, you will need to download, sign-up and fund your DigiWallet account. Below, please find helpful instructions on how to do this:

How to Download and Install

For iOS Users (iPhone/iPad):
  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Search for Digi Wallet in the search bar.
  3. Tap the Get button next to the app.
  4. Authenticate with your Apple ID if prompted.
  5. Once installed, tap Open or find the app on your home screen.
For Android Users (Phone/Tablet):
  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Search for Digi Wallet in the search bar.
  3. Tap Install next to the app.
  4. Once installed, tap Open or find the app in your app drawer.

How to Sign Up for Digi Wallet

  1. Open Digi Wallet on your device.
  2. Have ready a Social Security Card or Passport, and an active mobile number to enter.
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions, and select your account type.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your account.

Funding DigiWallet

Atlantic Bank
  1. Log into Atlantic Online.
  2. Click Bill Pay → Business → DigiWallet.
  3. Enter 501+phone number (e.g. 5016123456) & amount.
  4. Confirm transfer.
Heritage Bank (Web Portal)

Step 1 - Add Payee:

  • Login to Heritage Web Portal
  • Select External Payments under the Payments Tab
  • Click + to add new payee
  • Select DigiWallet as Institution
  • Enter Nickname & account # as 3444+501+Mobile: (e.g. 34445016023456).
  • Review then Submit

Step 2 - Send Transfer:

  • Select External Payee under Payments
  • Choose recently added DigiWallet payee
  • Enter account to send from
  • Enter amount, review & submit
Belize Bank
  1. Log into Belize Bank App or Online Portal.
  2. Go to Transfers → “+” → Other Bank Accounts.
  3. Select your account of choice.
  4. Choose Heritage Bank as Beneficiary Bank.
  5. Enter acct #: 3444+501+Mobile (e.g. 34445016023456).
  6. Input name & address in Beneficiary Details.
  7. Select Execute Immediately.
  8. Review & confirm.

STEP II. Download the Fi We Boledo App

Once you have installed, signed up, and funded your DigiWallet app, you can download the Fi We Boledo Mobile App and sign up.

How to Download and Install

For iOS Users (iPhone/iPad):
  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Search for Fi We Boledo in the search bar.
  3. Tap Get and authenticate if prompted.
  4. Once installed, tap Open or find the app on your home screen.
For Android Users (Phone/Tablet):
  1. Open Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Search for Fi We Boledo in the search bar.
  3. Tap Install next to the app.
  4. Once installed, tap Open or find the app in your app drawer.

How to Sign Up for Fi We Boledo App (All Users)

  1. Open the app: After downloading and installing, locate the app on your device’s home screen or app drawer.
  2. Locate the Sign-Up Option: On the app’s welcome screen, look for a button labeled Sign Up.
  3. Signing Up: Fill in your name, registered email, and a strong password. Confirm password. Agree to Terms and Conditions. Click "Sign Up"
  4. Update Profile:
    • You will then be taken to the “Update Profile” page, which must be filled out before purchasing any game tickets.
    • Once all required information has been entered you can then click Save.
  5. Update Payments/Receive Winnings:
    • You will see the “Make Payments” tab. Select DigiWallet and click “OK.”
    • The “Preferred Wallet Account” will be the number you used to create your DigiWallet account.
    • Choose a “Payment Provider.” Select whether you wish to receive your winnings to your DigiWallet account or your personal bank/credit union account.
    • Enter the account name and account number.
    • You will be asked to enter your account number once more to verify it is correct.
    • Click Save.

STEP III. Purchase & Manage Tickets

1. Home Screen

After signup, you’ll see the home screen. Access Profile to update info, review Terms, or learn about the games.

Available games: Boledo, Jackpot, Lottery.

2. Buy Tickets
  • ✔ Choose one game at a time
  • ✔ Select numbers & pieces
  • ✔ Remove numbers with Red Trash Can
  • ✔ Tap Checkout
  • ✔ Confirm Ticket total and tap Request Payment
3. Confirm Payment
  • ✔ You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
  • ✔ After entering OTP, a Success screen returns you to home.

Important: Don’t use the Back button or your purchase will reset.

4. Ticket History
  • ✔ Tap Tickets at bottom center
  • ✔ Tickets are grouped by game
  • ✔ Use Buy Again feature to buy ticket after draws
  • ✔ Winning tickets show in Green
5. Winnings & Payouts
  • 🏆 Winners get an in-app notification
  • 💰 Payouts up to $50,000 via DigiWallet or banks within 1 business day
  • 📩 SMS sent if payout method fails
  • 🏦 Keep a bank account as backup
  • 📞 Winnings over $50,000 will be contacted directly
